kaseno Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between kaseno and each person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the kaseno platform in any capacity. The kaseno platform comprises the website available at kaseno.net, all associated subdomains, the mobile-browser interface, and every product, service, feature, and content made available through those channels, including sports betting, live casino, slots, Kalaka Bingo, W Live, promotional offers, and financial transaction services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with kaseno, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

kaseno reserves the right to conduct ongoing eligibility checks. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by kaseno to verify your identity, age, location, or source of funds.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the kaseno platform. Creating, operating, or attempting to use more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering with kaseno, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly whenever any of that information changes. kaseno is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kaseno operates a KYC verification process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to confirm the identity and eligibility of all account holders. As part of this process, kaseno may request one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile banking account showing your name and number for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts used for deposits)
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed defined thresholds

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kaseno account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. kaseno accepts no liability for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kaseno supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 4.2 Deposit Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit, subject to kaseno's fraud prevention and anti-money laundering policies. 5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity window will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

• Bonus Abuse: Any behaviour identified by kaseno as constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, coordinated wagering with other accounts, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being suspended.
• Promotion Validity: All bonuses and free spins expire at the end of the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Modification & Cancellation: kaseno reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to accounts in good standing.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the kaseno platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the kaseno platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate odds, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events offered on the kaseno sportsbook
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in the platform — any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid out
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code to the kaseno platform or its infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kaseno's customer support team or other players
• Allowing or enabling any person under the age of 18 to access your kaseno account
• Registering or operating more than one kaseno account

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your kaseno account at any time by contacting the kaseno support team via live chat. Upon receiving your closure request, kaseno will process any eligible pending withdrawals and, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements, return your remaining balance to the payment method on file. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Where an account is closed by kaseno due to a verified breach of these Terms, kaseno reserves the right to retain any remaining balance as compensation for administrative costs, compliance obligations, and damages arising from the breach.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kaseno platform — including but not limited to the kaseno brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, software, game content (where owned by or licensed to kaseno), promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property rights — is the exclusive property of kaseno or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kaseno platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any kaseno content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software used in the kaseno platform; use the kaseno brand name or logo in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation; or create derivative works based on any kaseno content. Any unauthorised use of kaseno's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kaseno and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the kaseno platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity (wins and losses are an inherent part of betting and casino games)
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond kaseno's reasonable control
• Loss or corruption of account data resulting from events outside kaseno's control

• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics, or results displayed on the platform that contain typographical errors or data-feed inaccuracies

kaseno's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, for any and all claims, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kaseno account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kaseno makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.

10. Amendments to These Terms

kaseno may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, kaseno will provide advance notice through a platform-level notification or email to the address registered on your account where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the kaseno platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you disagree with any changes to these Terms, your sole remedy is to immediately cease using the kaseno platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 7.1 above. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
